1“SHORT VERSION” – Making of “BLACK WIDOW” 3D Portrait – Part 1: Zbrush sculpt
This is the very first part of the full making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this part I start by sculpting the face in Zbrush from a sphere.Every week I will post a new Video, we will go over the whole making of ( Aside from lookdev, as it wasn’t done by me ), the sculpt in Zbrush, the Model in Maya, the texturing using Texturing.xyz maps and brush painting in Mari, the grooming in Xgen and Maya.

This is the third video of the full making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will show you how to use Texturing.xyz multi-channel textures to get your color, displacement, and utilities textures really fast.

This is the 4th video of the making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will show you how I paint colour and displacement textures inside Mari.
5.)Making of “BLACK WIDOW” 3D Portrait – Part 5: Zbrush sculpting details.
This is the 5th video of the making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will show you how I use displacement textures in zbrush, and start sculpting details on top of it to make it work with my sculpt. Also I will show you how I break the symmetry and go for a more natural look and better likeness.
6.)Making of “BLACK WIDOW” 3D Portrait – Part 6: Grooming in Xgen Part1.
This is the 6th video of the making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will show you how I made the groom using Xgen in Maya. This is only the first part, it has the start of the hair groom, but later I changed my mind and went with another hair style, but I thought it would be cool to also show you this.
7.)Making of “BLACK WIDOW” 3D Portrait – Part 7: Grooming Curly Hair In Xgen Part1.
This is the 7th video of the making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will show you how I made the curly hair style groom using Xgen in Maya. This is the first part, it has the start of the curly hair groom, there’s one more video to finish the hair groom, and then last video for groom will be eyebrows, eyelashes, and peach fuzz.

This is the 8th video of the making of Black Widow 3D portrait, in this Video I will continue making the curly hair style groom using Xgen in Maya.
